FOR NEW STUDENTS:

STEP 1: Fill-out the Application Form then click the SUBMIT button.

STEP 2: Payment of enrollment fees at the cashier or thru online banking.

STEP 3: Wait for assessment schedule and prepare the following :
               - Photocopy of NSO/PSA Birth Certificate
               - Report Card

FOR OLD STUDENTS:

STEP 1: Fill-out the Enrolment Form then click the SUBMIT button.

STEP 2: Pay the Enrollment Fee and other fees at the Cashier or you may pay online and send the screenshot to accounting@einsteinschoolcebu.edu.ph

STEP 3: Submit the Report Card at the Registrar's Office for the releasing of the Confirmation of Enrolment.
