Thank you for your interest! Application is done on-line. Below are the steps to guide you with the process.

STEP 1: Fill-out the Application Form and upload the required documents for evaluation then click the SUBMIT button.

STEP 2: SMS or text confirmation receipt of application will be sent to you.

STEP 3: Pay 300 pesos for the Assessment in the school.

STEP 4: Wait for the assessment exam schedule.

STEP 5: Bring all the Enrollment requirements during the assessment exam and submit to Registrar's office. NO requirements, NOT Officially Enrolled!
